Delete your LudicoAI account

In the app (immediate)

Open LudicoAI (Windows or Android) and sign in.
Open 🎓 Learn, then the Your account section at the top.
Choose Delete my account, then Delete my account for good.

By email

No access to the app? Write to support@ludicoai.com from the address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Before you delete: Premium

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription. Cancel it first: on Windows in the app (Manage my subscription) or with the link in your receipt; on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions.

What is deleted

Your sign-in identity (email address) and account ID
Your plan and your usage counters
On your device: the session; your videos, transcripts and My Learnings stay on your device until you uninstall the app

What is kept

Payment records, which the payment platforms (Paddle, Google Play) and accounting law require to keep - our own copy of the payment events is kept without any link to you
AI answers and voices in the shared cache, which were never linked to you
Server logs, deleted after 14 days at most
